Finally after much anticipation I have got around to posting pictures of what my room and flat look like here in Belfast and what the inside of the City Hall looks like!! The rest of the week at my internship went great. I do a lot of walking to different meetings all over the city. It's pretty hard to drive to them they say because there is very limited parking and the parking garage for the employees is 10 minutes from the City Hall. The most exciting thing that has happened since I last blogged is that the fire alarm went off on Thursday. I was not really sure if it was a test or what, but after it kept going off I figured it wasn't so I just followed the crowd outside figuring it would be real short like they are at school. Needless to say I was off in that decision because we stood outside for and hour and a half, the fire trucks came and everything. My supervisor found me outside and said "I failed in telling you what to do if the fire alarm goes off" I said ya I just followed the massive crowd outside though. That actually was not the best part of my week, what was though is that I got to go to a few Titanic meetings, the Titanic was built here in Belfast and being that it is at its 100 year anniversary they are planning a big celebration for it. So I know have a little background info on what will be happening. Saturday me and a couple girls went shopping (I know big shocker there Ari shopping) we went into the city center and looked for some dress clothes for me being I will need them for my internship now and this summer. My motto of the day apparently was if the shoe fits buy it in ever color (there so cheap here). We also went back to St. Georges market. Im starting my spring break planning today I will probably end up in Malaga Spain or Athens Greece!!!
